The Equitable Bank presents the Arthritis Foundation’s Run/Walk to Irish Fest, a 5K run and walk along Milwaukee’s beautiful lakefront. The Run/Walk to Irish Fest raises awareness of the nation’s leading cause of disability, while raising funds to prevent, control and cure arthritis! Join 2,000 of your friends and neighbors in support of the Arthritis Foundation. Each participant will receive free admission for the day to Irish Fest, the world’s largest Irish festival, courtesy of Milwaukee Irish Fest!
Register by Friday, July 31, 2009 to save money and be guaranteed an official Run/Walk to Irish Fest t-shirt and goody bag. Participants registering after Friday, July 31, 2009 can't be guaranteed these items.

Teams have the opportunity to put their own logo on the backs of their team t-shirts! Create a logo with your team or use your corporate logo. Logos MUST be submitted in editable .eps format and fit within a 12"w x 3"h area. THE ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY LOGO FOR ANY REASON.
Team Awards
Fastest Team: An Award will be given to the 1st place team. The fastest team is determined by the average time of the five fastest runners. To be eligible for this award, team members must purchase the chip timing registration.
Largest Team: An award will be given to the largest team

This year we are offering a special area for kids! Beginning at 8:30 a.m., kids can enjoy games, temporary tattoos, coloring and other fun activities.
Chip Timed Runner Awards
The top overall male and female finishers receive awards, as well as the top three male and female finishers in each of the following age brackets:
10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44,
45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and over
Beat Johnny V.
Honorary Chair, Johnny V., CEO of Mo's Restaurants, is offering participants a challenge: Any race participant who crosses the finish line before Johnny V. will receive a $10 gift certificate to Mo’s Irish Pub.
Free Shuttle to Irish Fest
Avoid the festival parking hassle and get a ride with Mo’s Irish Pub! Event participants can meet at Mo’s Irish Pub, located at 142 W. Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53203, for a free ride to the Run/Walk to Milwaukee Irish Fest event.
